3-Year Warranty
Every Wayfarer Auto seat cover, car cover and floor mat is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use.
What's covered
- Seam and stitching failure
- Material defects
- Fit and attachment hardware (straps, hooks, buckles, elastic)
- Padding or foam failure (seat covers)
Product features vs. warranty
Features such as water resistance and wipe-clean surfaces describe everyday performance. The warranty covers defects in how the product was made.
How to claim
- Email support@wayfarerauto.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or a video.
- We review your claim and reply with next steps.
- If approved, we replace the defective item.
Limitations & exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, neglect or improper installation
- Stains, spills, pet damage, burns, cuts or tears
- Products that have been altered or modified
